Day 89 - June 13, 2008
Today was our big beach horseback riding day. The sun was out but it was very, very windy. It still was incredible. We followed a trail through the woods and over the dunes and arrived at the beach and then rode down the beach for awhile. I wish I knew how to ride when the horse trots as the only thing I did was bounce up and down on my butt in the saddle. Needless to say, I didn't do a whole lot of trotting - mainly walking. Then we went to Old Town in Florence for a nice seafood supper.
Papa and G - the horse people!!!

Papa on our very windy beach horseback ride - Looks like he's having a great time, huh?

"G" on "Minks"

I guess we are getting a little too old for horseback riding. Each of us needed to be spotted on our dismount but mine was much more dramatic as I literally fell into the poor guys arms.

Happy Father's Day Dad!

Well Liza stopped what she was doing to check out PaPa and G on the horse. She said "why is Papa and G on a horse". I sad because they were on an adventure. She said "Why". Everything is "why" these days. Have a wonderful Father's Day. Wish we were there to give you a big hug and tell you how thankful we are for you!
