Day 61 - MY 16,2008

Today we drove from Las Vegas to San Diego. We had quite a mishap on the route - of the 3 supports on our passenger side awning, 2 broke due to the wind and the awning was flapping on the side and the roof. Frank had to go on the roof, wrap his legs around the ladder and stabilize it till we could get out of the wind and tear it off. Quite a frightful experience!!
